These Terms of Service govern your use of shopmeheraan.com and any purchase you make from Meheraan. Meheraan is operated by CUSTOMHUBVA LLC, a Virginia limited liability company. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, to place an order. We currently deliver to addresses in the United States and Canada only.

Products, colour and sizing

We try to show every piece as accurately as we can. Colours can look different from one screen to another, and details such as embroidery and zari work may vary slightly from piece to piece. Please use our size guide before ordering, and if you are unsure, ask us and we will help you choose.

Prices and availability

All prices are in US dollars. Prices and availability can change without notice. If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information, we may cancel any order for that product and refund you in full, even after the order has been placed.

Orders and payment

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we dispatch your items or confirm acceptance by email. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable or we suspect fraud; if we do, we will refund any amount charged. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers, including Shopify Payments and PayPal. We do not store your full card details.

Shipping

Delivery options, charges and timeframes are set out in our Shipping policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

Returns, exchanges and cancellations

Our Refund policy and Order cancellation policy explain how to return, exchange or cancel an order. They form part of these terms.

Taxes and duties

Sales tax is charged where we are required to collect it. Orders shipped to Canada may be subject to duties, taxes and brokerage fees charged on delivery, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, photographs, graphics and the Meheraan name and logo, belongs to Meheraan or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, including by attempting to interfere with its operation, accessing it by automated means without permission, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

Third-party services

The site uses third-party services such as payment processors and customer-chat tools. Your use of those services may also be subject to their own terms.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and our products are provided on an “as is” basis, and we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or your purchase. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Customers in Canada keep any protections they have under the law of their province.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you place an order applies to that order.
