Shipping policy
Where we ship
Meheraan ships to the United States and Canada. All prices and shipping charges are shown in US dollars.
United States
- Standard shipping: $6.90, arriving in 3 to 5 business days. Free on orders of $100 or more.
- Express shipping: $24.00, arriving in 1 to 2 business days.
Canada
- Standard shipping: $19.00, arriving in 5 to 8 business days. Free on orders of $250 or more.
Processing time
Orders are packed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed at a weekend or on a public holiday are processed on the next business day. Delivery estimates run from the day your parcel is dispatched, not the day you place the order.
Tracking
You will receive an order confirmation by email straight away, and a second email with a tracking number as soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse.
Duties and taxes on Canadian orders
Prices at checkout do not include Canadian duties, taxes or customs brokerage fees. Any amount charged by the Canada Border Services Agency or by the carrier is the responsibility of the recipient and is payable on delivery.
Delivery addresses
Please check your address carefully before you complete checkout. We cannot redirect a parcel once it has been dispatched. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incomplete or incorrect, we will contact you to arrange redelivery, which may carry a further shipping charge.
Delays
Once a parcel is with the carrier, delivery times are outside our control. Weather, customs inspection and peak periods can all add time. If your tracking has not updated for five business days, email us and we will chase it with the carrier.
Damaged parcels
If your order arrives damaged, email us within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the item and the packaging and we will put it right.
