Returns
You can return an item within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the item price, provided it meets the conditions below.
Conditions for a return
To be accepted, an item must be:
- unworn, unwashed and unaltered
- returned with all original tags still attached
- free from marks, including make-up, perfume, deodorant, pet hair and smoke
- in its original packaging where possible
We inspect every return when it arrives. An item that does not meet these conditions will not be refunded and will be sent back to you at your cost.
Return postage
Return postage is paid by you, and the parcel remains your responsibility until it reaches us. We recommend a tracked service, as we cannot refund a return that does not arrive. Original shipping charges are not refunded.
Exchanges
You can exchange an item for a different size or colour within the same 14 days, subject to availability and the same conditions. You pay to send the original back, and we cover standard shipping on the replacement.
Items that cannot be returned
Custom-sized or personalised pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong item, email us within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the item and its packaging. We will cover the return postage and refund or replace the item in full, including the original shipping charge.
How to start a return or exchange
Email support@shopmeheraan.com with your order number and the item you would like to return or exchange. We reply within one business day with instructions. Please contact us before sending anything back, so that we can match your parcel to your order.
Refunds
Once your return arrives and passes inspection, we will email you to confirm your refund. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take 5 to 10 business days to appear.
