Order Cancellation Policy

Plans change. Here is how cancelling an order works, and how quickly you will get your money back.

Within one hour

You can cancel any order within one hour of placing it, for a full refund. Email support@shopmeheraan.com with your order number and the word “Cancel” in the subject line.

After the first hour

After the first hour your order may already be packed. Email us as soon as you can; if it has not yet been dispatched, we will do our best to cancel it. Once an order has been dispatched it can no longer be cancelled, but you can return it under our Refund policy once it arrives.

Custom-sized and personalised pieces

Because custom-sized and personalised pieces are final sale, they can only be cancelled within the first hour.

Your refund

Refunds for cancelled orders go back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take 5 to 10 business days to appear.

Orders we cancel

Occasionally we may need to cancel an order ourselves, for example if an item turns out to be out of stock or was listed at an incorrect price. If that happens we will tell you by email and refund you in full.
